Testimonials

D2L sponsored my community development projects which empowered youths through mentorship & entrepreneurship sessions and awarded scholarships to 20 indigent students across 4 public secondary schools in Anambra State. This earned me two awards. D2L also sponsored my training in Microsoft applications. This has greatly helped me in my work as a lawyer and program officer.

Few years back after Secondary School, I was helpless and I don’t even know what I wanted for myself. I had no mentor or assistance; I had to do things I don’t have passion for all because I wanted to go back to school but still it wasn’t working for me until I came across D2L. D2L’s intervention helped me realize who I am through the help of their Mentorship and Scholarship which afforded me the opportunity to go back to my school to study the course of my choice. D2L also sponsored my training in photography.
Dreams to Legacy exposed me to a lot of opportunities and brought out the best in me.
D2L has helped me in becoming a professional photographer.

6 years ago, I finished my secondary school studies in ijebu-ode, Ogun state. I have always wanted to be a pharmacist due to my experience at Fontana Pharmacy and Store where I worked as a sales representative. Due to financial instability, I applied for a lower degree (NCE) at Tai Solarin College of Education at Omu, Ogun state to study Chemistry/Mathematics Education of which I was granted admission. I was not able to resume for the program because of lack of fund. Thanks to Dream to Legacy foundation who has sponsored me through achieving my first degree at the prestigious Igbinedion University Okada where I studied my dream course “Pharmacy”. Dream to legacy took care of my tuition fees, accommodation fees, books needed for each session, medical fee, convocation fee, departmental fee and so much.
My experience at Igbinedion University opened many doors and gave me the opportunity to meet incredible people from different background and culture. Throughout my training in school, I have met brilliant students with the potential to succeed. Dream to Legacy intervention has changed my perception about life, helped me achieve my dream of becoming a pharmacist as well as giving me hope for the future.
